This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative QA and Regulatory team as a QA Technician, where you ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest quality, safety and compliance standards while supporting the development of innovative new products.

The

Role: Assessing finished products to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.

Producing product instructions and user documentation.

Reviewing packaging artwork to ensure logos, wording and product information are accurate and compliant.

Working closely with Product Development on product testing and technical information.

Supporting Customer Service with product investigations, complaints and defects.

Providing technical support to Marketing to ensure product claims and promotional content are factually accurate.

Liaising with testing laboratories, environmental agencies and compliance schemes.

Supporting regulatory projects as legislation and industry requirements evolve.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation, technical files and risk assessments.

Managing packaging data, including weights, dimensions and compliance information.
