This isn't your typical QA position.
You'll be working across multiple manufacturing partners throughout EMEA, helping to ensure every can leaving the production line meets Monster's world-class quality standards.
You'll be
Conducting GMP and quality audits across external manufacturing sites.
Supporting New Product Development projects from a quality perspective.
Investigating consumer complaints, quality incidents and non-conformances, carrying out root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
Attending production trials for new products and packaging developments.
Analysing quality data and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
Working closely with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations and R&D.
Travelling across the region to support quality initiatives and supplier relationships.
Ideally you'll have
A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or another relevant scientific discipline.
At least 3 years' experience within Quality Assurance in the food or beverage industry.
Experience investigating non-conformances and carrying out root cause analysis.
A solid understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems.
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting quality data.
Great communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple countries.
The flexibility to travel internationally (around 50% of the time).
