Private Client Relationship Manager – Ultra-Premium Spirits

The Opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Relationship Manager to join an innovative team within a leading ultra-premium spirits company. This is a newly created, high-profile role for an individual who thrives on building exceptional, direct relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients (HNW/UHNW).

In this role, you will represent one of the world’s most revered luxury brands, delivering immersive and elevated brand experiences. Your mission will be to tell the brand’s story in a way that captivates clients and drives both engagement and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationships : Develop and nurture direct, high-quality relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Brand Advocacy : Immerse yourself in the brand, delivering private tastings and experiences that build desire, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Commercial Success : Deliver sales targets for prestige products (ÂŁ20k+), ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  • Event Curation : Identify key events and opportunities to engage potential clients, hosting unforgettable experiences.
  • Network Development : Collaborate with luxury partners (e.g., galleries, private clubs, auction houses) to expand your network and client reach.
  • CRM Management : Maintain and develop client relationships via the company’s CRM platform, adhering to global standards.
  • Insight-Driven Strategy : Leverage data to target and engage clients effectively, delivering measurable success.

Who You Are:

  • Significant experience managing HNW and UHNW clients within luxury or prestige sectors.
  • Proven commercial acumen and experience delivering sales of high-value products (ÂŁ20k+).
  • A sophisticated and engaging approach, with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A deep passion for luxury experiences, ideally with an interest in whisky or similar prestige categories.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – someone who can build, influence, and deliver results independently.
