I'm looking for a New Business Manager to help drive growth across the Free Trade On Trade channel.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to join a market-leading business in the beer and hospitality space. The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities with pubs, bars, and multiple retail groups, playing a key part in expanding the reach of a premium drinks portfolio\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeveloping and executing strategies to acquire new customers within the Free Trade sector.\\nUsing market insight and data to identify target prospects and develop tailored proposals.\\nBuilding and nurturing strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality trade.\\nLeading negotiations and closing deals that align with strategic business goals.\\nCollaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.\\nRegularly reporting on KPIs, market trends, and performance insights.\\nAbout You:\\n\\nProven experience in sales, business development or account management (ideally within drinks, FMCG, or hospitality).\\nPossess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\\nProactive, strategic, and thrives in a target-driven environment.\\nUnderstands the UK On Trade landscape and knows how to navigate it.\\nConfident working independently and as part of a wider team.\\nHolds a full UK driving license\\nYou’ll be part of a high-performing, fast-moving commercial team, with the autonomy to make an impact and the support to succeed.
