Grocery National Account Executive Location:North London, Hybrid Salary:Competitive Salary with bonus and benefits We’re supporting a premium, high-growth brand to hire a Grocery National Account Executive. Known for their award-winning artisan products, this fast-scaling business is experiencing rapid momentum across both major supermarkets and the independent channel. Following significant investment and year-on-year double-digit growth, they’re looking to strengthen their commercial team with someone passionate about food, retail, and high-quality products. What you’ll be doing: Support the delivery of customer business plans across grocery and eCommerce retailers, particularly during seasonal peaks and promotional periods. Own the P&L for assigned accounts, working towards volume, value and profit targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with category, marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver best-in-class service and strategic execution. Build compelling sell-in stories using EPOS and category data to influence buyers and drive listings. Lead on commercial fundamentals including forecasting, promotional planning, new line setup, invoice reconciliation, and trade reporting. Conduct regular store visits and use insights to track performance, review execution, and identify growth opportunities. Support NPD launches, ensuring smooth rollout and customer engagement. What you’ll need: Degree-educated with 1+ years of experience in FMCG sales or a related commercial function (Will consider Field Sales candidates looking to take a step to National) Prior experience in account management, buying, category, or commercial support within food or drink preferred. Commercially sharp with strong Excel skills and a good understanding of P&Ls and margins. A collaborative team player who builds great relationships with buyers and internal teams.
