Your Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Operations Manager with daily tasks, working with event vendors and ensuring smooth running of processes.
- Process and tracking of team contracts through internal portal system.
- Process and tracking of all accounts payable functions, such as PO's and GRN's.
- Maintain all documents related to the tracking of legal and finance processes.
- Source and order items and suppliers as required to support Team Project managers across all of EMEA.
About You:
- 2 years experience in an administrative focussed role, ideally within FMCG, in Marketing or Operations.
- Comfortable with high-volume processing.
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Strong communicator with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
