The drinks market isn’t slowing down – and neither is the demand for experienced Grocery talent. We’re currently supporting a number of premium, challenger, and globally recognised drinks businesses who need immediate interim support across their Grocery & Retail accounts. These are hands-on roles where you’ll step straight in, take ownership, and deliver impact from day one.
The Role
- Take ownership of key Grocery & Retail accounts (predominately Tesco and Asda)
- Deliver and execute JBPs with immediate commercial focus
- Support or lead ongoing range reviews, promotions, and NPD launches
- Stabilise and grow existing accounts during periods of change or growth
- Identify quick-win opportunities to unlock distribution and revenue
- Manage forecasting, spend, and commercial performance
About You
- Proven experience managing major UK Grocery accounts within FMCG (drinks highly desirable)
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
- Comfortable stepping into fast-paced environments and adding value quickly
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L or key account performance
- Confident communicator able to manage retailer relationships from day one
Contract Details
- Competitive day rates (dependent on experience and scope)
- Initial contracts typically 3–6 months (with potential to extend)
- UK-based roles with hybrid flexibility
