The Advocate Group is currently partnering with a high-growth, innovation-led FMCG business that is rapidly establishing itself as a standout name across the Water and Health & Nutrition categories. With a strong track record in NPD and brand innovation, the company has consistently stayed ahead of category trends, delivering products that offer clear, functional value to consumers. The business is now seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join the leadership team and play a central role in shaping and accelerating its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across both brands, identifying key growth opportunities and delivering impactful annual plans.
  • Own marketing investment strategy and budget allocation, ensuring spend is aligned to commercial priorities and drives measurable growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of standout 360° campaigns that build brand equity and drive long-term demand.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact brand partnerships that enhance visibility, credibility, and cultural relevance.
  • Translate consumer, category, and commercial insight into clear strategic direction and actionable growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to accelerate distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.
  • Lead agency and supplier relationships, ensuring consistently high-quality execution across all marketing activities.
  • Act as a senior marketing leader within the business, influencing strategy and contributing to board-level decision-making.

  • Proven marketing leader with experience, ideally within drinks or FMCG.
  • Strong brand builder with a track record of delivering both strategic leadership and hands-on impact.
  • Experienced in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
