As Monster continues to dominate the convenience channel, we’re now recruiting a Trade Development Manager to take ownership of North West London, driving visibility, distribution, and activation across independent retailers. This is a high‑energy, field‑based role with genuine autonomy and progression.

Whether you’re an experienced field sales professional or someone ready to make a first step into sales from retail or hospitality, this is an opportunity to build a long‑term career with a world‑class brand.

The Role

You’ll be the face of Monster on your patch—building relationships, winning new space, and executing best‑in‑class activation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing existing stockists through merchandising, POS, and promotions
  • Executing direct‑market activations and promos
  • Supporting and training distributor partner staff
  • Owning your territory end‑to‑end, with full accountability for performance

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same.
