Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, services, software licenses, leases, and procurement contracts across the UK and EMEA.
- Provide practical legal advice to support business strategy and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal risks effectively.
- Support and mentor junior legal team members.
- Maintain contract templates and ensure best practice in contract management.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with strong commercial contract experience.
- Experience in FMCG or wider manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in handling commercial contracts for operations, supply chain/logistics, or procurement.
