The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy to recruit two HR Generalists into their EMEA HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised, high-growth brand and play a key role in supporting a diverse, international workforce.

Operating across approximately 141 countries with over 3,600 employees, Monster is fast-paced, bold and disruptive, with a brand and culture that values performance, individuality and growth.

As an HR Generalist, you’ll provide hands‑on, end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll advise on a broad range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, policy, compliance and HR projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting hiring managers with effective hiring decisions
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company policy and local legislation
  • Advising managers and employees on performance, engagement and day‑to‑day people matters
  • Leading employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and redundancies
  • Managing leave of absence processes and liaising with internal and external providers
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment law across EMEA and consistent application of HR policies
  • Supporting visa, sponsorship and international
