As the business accelerates its presence in the convenience channel, we are now recruiting a Field Sales Specialist to take full ownership of a defined patch. This is a highly visible, field‐based role where you will drive distribution, availability and in‐store execution, while building strong, long‐term relationships with independent retailers.

The Role

As Field Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the brand on your territory, with real autonomy and responsibility for performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing existing stockists through merchandising, POS and promotional execution
  • Driving distribution and availability across independent convenience stores
  • Executing local activations and promotional initiatives
  • Supporting and engaging distributor partner teams
  • Owning your territory end‐to‐end, with full accountability for results

This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on role where no two days look the same.
