We're recruiting for a Brand Manager to take ownership of a premium single malt whisky brand, playing a pivotal role in driving its growth across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day management and development of a premium single malt whisky brand.
  • Bring the brand strategy to life through engaging marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets.
  • Develop compelling brand stories, presentations, and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Advocacy, Creative, and Production teams to deliver brand and commercial objectives.
  • Support new product launches, trade activations, events, sampling initiatives, and campaign execution.
  • Manage POS materials and distributor toolkits to ensure best-in-class execution across markets.
  • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to drive awareness and growth.
About You:
  • Proven Brand Management experience, ideally within whisky or premium spirits.
  • Strong knowledge of the whisky category and an understanding of whisky consumers.
  • A natural storyteller with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
