I'm looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to join my client's team and help grow their premium drinks portfolio throughout the Midlands. This role is all about building meaningful partnerships with pubs, hotels, and retail outlets - from local independents to national chains.
You'll be joining a company with strong roots, ambitious plans, and a clear sense of purpose. They produce award-winning beers and spirits, operate a standout network of pubs and retail stores, and take real pride in how they support their people, communities, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and managing key customer relationships across on-trade and retail
- Opening new sales channels and expanding brand presence
- Providing excellent product knowledge and customer service
- Negotiating with customers and buyers to secure deals
- Using sales data to meet and exceed targets
- Acting as a trusted ambassador for the brand
- Proven experience in sales or account management (ideally in hospitality or drinks)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused attitude
- Valid UK driving licence
