The Role: I’m looking for a Key Account Manager (On Trade) to cover the South (ideally along the M4/M5 corridor). This is a field-based role, managing a portfolio of established accounts while developing new opportunities across pubs and regional brewers. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets, while building long-term, strategic relationships with customer teams and on-trade outlets.
You Will:
- Own and grow a defined customer base, including head office teams, sales teams, and on-trade outlets.
- Develop and execute account plans across existing stockists and prospect accounts.
- Build strong relationships with Procurement, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Implement channel activity and marketing initiatives in line with brand strategy.
- Maintain accurate records, track performance in CRM, and report insights to influence business decisions.
- Stay ahead of the market through detailed knowledge of accounts, competition, and emerging opportunities.
About You:
- 2–4+ years’ experience in On Trade sales, ideally working with pub companies and regional brewers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organised and able to manage a large geographical territory.
- Confident, relationship-led seller who can influence at all levels.
- Field-based, ideally living in or near the South (M4/M5 corridor).

- Have experience collaborating with wholesalers or RTM partners.
- Already have a strong network in On Trade accounts.
- Are commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about quality drinks.
