We are hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join a leading international FMCG operations team, managing stock activity across multiple European sites. The Role

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will support the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across third-party production sites and warehouses across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain inventory reports and transactions in SAP
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end stock reconciliations
  • Collaborate with production and logistics partners across Europe (including Spain and France)
  • Review and recover value from stock losses and variances
  • Post productions, receipts, and sales within defined deadlines
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate reporting and inventory control across all EMEA sites
