The Role
As HRIS Analyst, you ll play a key role in supporting and optimising Monster Energy s HR systems across the EMEA region. From maintaining accurate employee data to designing reports and dashboards, you ll be at the heart of data-driven decision making that supports the business.
You ll work closely with HR, IT and global stakeholders to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You ll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Designing reports, dashboards, and audit processes to support HR and business leaders.
- Supporting configuration, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Collaborating with HR teams and vendors to resolve system issues.
- Training and supporting HR users on HRIS tools.
- Driving process improvement initiatives across HR systems.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, UK Data Privacy, and internal audit guidelines.
What We re Looking For
- 5+ years HRIS experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (UKG experience a bonus).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation).
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy.
- A detail-driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- EMEA or international HRIS experience is highly desirable.
