Monster Energy is on the lookout for talented individuals to be part of their rapid incredible events and hospitality team. As Hospitality Manager you’ll be responsible for delivering seamless hospitality experiences across EMEA by managing event administration, ticketing, guest communications, logistics, and so much more for international sports and lifestyle events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the internal Hospitality Portal with ticketing, guest lists, event briefs, and post-event assets.
  • Oversee hospitality ticketing, guest communications, and MVite processes to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Coordinate gifting, logistics, and artwork requests for EMEA events, ensuring brand excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Track budgets, manage POs and invoices, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support event delivery and guest hosting on-site, including occasional weekends and travel across EMEA.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within event management, ideally within a lifestyle or consumer brand.
  • Proven administrative expertise with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence using internal systems.
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable working with teams across regions and time zones.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
