The Role:
- We are looking for a strategic and creative communicator to make their mark and elevate how Monster inspires and connects its people across EMEA.
- Develop and deliver a high-impact internal communications strategy across EMEA.
- Partner with senior leaders and Studio M to bring business goals and culture to life.
- Lead and inspire a talented internal comms team of three.
- Ensure consistent, engaging messaging tailored to multiple audiences and markets.
- Build and manage internal channels, communication rhythms, and storytelling initiatives.
- Serve as the go-to person for internal communications, shaping the voice of Monster internally.
- Champion cultural alignment, employee engagement, and information flow across the region.
- Use digital tools and creativity to maximise message impact.
About You:
- Extensive experience in internal or corporate communications within fast-paced, global organisations.
- A natural storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Strong EQ with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Confident leader and strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
- Experienced in managing communications for change, culture, and engagement.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading complex live events and communication initiatives.
- Proficient in digital comms platforms and visual storytelling (including video).
