I’m working with a fast-growing on-trade drinks wholesaler, supplying bars, restaurants, hotels and venues with a standout portfolio of wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks and they’re expanding their commercial team!
The Opportunity
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to break into on-trade drinks sales. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience across sales, customer management, product knowledge and commercial operations.
You’ll be ideal for someone who is:

The Role
- Supporting senior Account Managers across a portfolio of on-trade accounts
- Building relationships with bar managers, venue owners and hospitality teams
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the drinks portfolio
- Supporting promotions, tastings and brand activations
- Assisting with pricing, proposals and commercial activity
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working with logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
About You
- Genuine interest in the drinks industry and on-trade market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Commercial awareness and comfort working to targets
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Full UK driving licence preferred
