I’m recruiting on behalf of Monster Energy for a Financial Accountant to join their UK finance team. This is a high-impact role sitting at the core of a fast-moving, global FMCG business where accuracy, pace and ownership matter.
If you’re a qualified accountant who thrives in complex environments and likes being close to the action, this one deserves your attention.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple Monster entities
- Owning accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing and analysing financial information for annual accounts and tax reporting
- Supporting sustainability reporting and SOX control testing
- Working closely with internal and external auditors
- Managing relationships with external service providers
- Improving systems, processes, and documentation (SAP experience is highly desirable)
- Getting involved in ad-hoc projects including lease accounting, S/4HANA and system improvements
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
- Full accounting qualification – ACA / ACCA preferred
- Experience in FMCG or multinational businesses
- Strong statutory, tax and financial accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel is a must and solid SAP experience is preferred
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
