I’m recruiting on behalf of Monster Energy for a Financial Accountant to join their UK finance team. This is a high-impact role sitting at the core of a fast-moving, global FMCG business where accuracy, pace and ownership matter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple Monster entities
  • Owning accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
  • Preparing and analysing financial information for annual accounts and tax reporting
  • Supporting sustainability reporting and SOX control testing
  • Working closely with internal and external auditors
  • Managing relationships with external service providers
  • Improving systems, processes, and documentation (SAP experience is highly desirable)
  • Getting involved in ad-hoc projects including lease accounting, S/4HANA and system improvements

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

  • Full accounting qualification – ACA / ACCA preferred
  • Experience in FMCG or multinational businesses
  • Strong statutory, tax and financial accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel is a must and solid SAP experience is preferred
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
