What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the sales team with eye-catching retailer materials, shop-in-shop displays, and ensure all merchandising stock is up to date and ready to go.
- Help plan and deliver trade shows, sponsorships, and consumer events from start to finish, coordinating products, POS, and logistics with ease.
- Work closely with major accounts to create and deliver Go-To-Market plans that showcase the brand beautifully and drive sales.
- Manage print and advertising campaigns, track results, and spot opportunities to boost brand visibility.
- Write engaging press releases, respond to media requests, and help secure editorial coverage across equestrian, workwear, and lifestyle titles.
- Partner with the social media team to build relationships with influencers and help deliver authentic, on-brand content that resonates.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve proven experience working across different parts of the traditional / retail marketing mix and know how to get campaigns moving from idea to execution – POS, PR, Events, Print Campaigns.
- You’ve worked in a retail / ecommerce brand, or B2C brands at the very least.
- You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- You build great relationships across teams, agencies, and partners, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- You spot opportunities to elevate brand presence while keeping business goals front and centre.
