Our client, a rapidly expanding force in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a Fixed-Term Contract to support the business amidst an exciting implementation project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment and make a direct impact!

Role Overview:

As the Demand Planning Manager, you\’ll lead the S&OP process, manage a team of demand planners, and drive continuous improvement in demand forecasting, accuracy, and business performance. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and senior management to ensure alignment with business goals and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and facilitate the S&OP process, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with business targets.
2. Manage and develop a team of demand planners.
3. Drive demand planning performance metrics and process/system improvements.
4. Collaborate with senior management to present actionable insights and performance reports.
5. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and efficiency gains.

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in FMCG, with 6+ years in demand planning or S&OP.
2. Strong expertise in SAP (APO/ECC and BI).
3. Leadership, project management, and change management skills.
4. Highly analytical with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Degree in business or related field. A second European language is a plus.
