Drive growth. Win new customers. Make real impact. Join one of the UK's most dynamic premium water companies. TĹ· Nant Water produces and distributes a portfolio of leading water brands across four production sites in England, Scotland and Wales, including TĹ· Nant, TAU, Llanllyr Source, Decantae, Strathmore and Fonthill Spring Water. Together, these brands give TĹ· Nant one of the strongest and most versatile water portfolios in the UK.
The company supplies customers across luxury hospitality, national hotel and QSR groups, wholesale and on‑trade distribution, retail and forecourts, travel‑catering, NHS and emergency services, utilities, private label, and major leisure, sports and arena venues. Recognised in the Sunday Times 100 50 (2025), Tŷ Nant's rapid expansion is driven by increasing customer numbers, entry into new sectors and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This momentum is creating significant opportunities for talented people who want to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑scaling organisation.
We're now hiring a New Business Sales Manager to spearhead Foodservice growth and open new routes to market, while expanding distribution across the Public Sector, including Workplace, Education, Healthcare and wider government‑supported services. This is a pure new‑business role: mapping the market, identifying high‑value operators, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into meaningful, scalable revenue. You'll drive wider availability for the portfolio, open strategic doors, and ensure our brands gain strong visibility across these nationally influential channels.
The role:
- Own and develop the new‑business cycle: sourcing, pitching and converting across routes to market and end customer.
- Build a strong pipeline across your customer universe, identifying gaps, trends and whitespace.
- Deliver compelling brand plans that showcase the TĹ· Nant range and ensure the correct fit by prospect type.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with the customer looking at continuous growth and improvement.
- Champion the brand externally, representing a premium British business with huge potential.
About You:
- Bring existing relationships with key buyers and decision‑makers across Education, Healthcare, Defence and wider Public Sector channels, with strong knowledge of wholesale and route‑to‑market formats.
- A natural hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating new opportunities and securing high‑value accounts, not simply managing existing business.
- A proven track record of winning new accounts within wholesale‑led environments, foodservice groups or public‑sector frameworks, ideally within drinks or a closely related category.
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to build persuasive, data‑led pitches and negotiate confidently with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors.
- Resilient, energetic and motivated by targets, autonomy and fast‑paced growth environments.
If the role and responsibilities sound like they are a fit for you - then I'd love to speak to you!
