The Advocate Group is proud to be continuing our long-standing partnership with Monster Energy, supporting further growth across one of the most important and fast-moving regions in the UK, London. As Monster continues to dominate the convenience channel, we are now recruiting a Trade Development Manager to take ownership of North West London, driving visibility, distribution, and activation across independent retailers. This is a high-energy, field-based role with genuine autonomy and progression.

The Role
You will be the face of Monster on your patch building relationships, winning new space, and executing best-in-class activation. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing existing stockists through merchandising, POS and promotions
- Executing direct market activations and promotions
- Supporting and training distributor partner staff
- Owning your territory end-to-end, with full accountability for performance
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
