The Role: We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark and achieve category growth and optimal product offerings. Here’s how: Manage day-to-day relationships with customers to unlock new opportunities. Deliver recommendations for optimal distribution, range, space, and merchandising layouts for the category. Analyse, review and validate key commercial activities related to the customer’s category. Manage own brand innovation ranges and identify customer-specific opportunities. Support budgeting, tracking, and reporting processes to ensure financial success. Maximise ROI and deliver KPIs for site-based business teams. Drive best-in-class ways of working within the commercial team. About You: Strong background in Category Management, particularly within FMCG, with a solid understanding of the UK retail landscape. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively. Proficient with space planning and insights tools like JDA, Nielsen, and Kantar.
