I’m currently partnering with a globally recognised FMCG brand that’s on the hunt for a driven and ambitious Buyer - Indirect Spend. This is a rare chance to step into a role with real impact at a brand that sets the pace in its sector — and you’ll be right in the middle of the action, focusing on marketing and commercial suppliers that directly shape how products hit the market. Why this role? You won’t be stuck behind spreadsheets. This role gives you real ownership, working closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver campaigns, partnerships, and projects that consumers actually see. It’s a perfect platform for someone who wants to learn fast, make an impact, and grow in one of the most exciting areas of buying. What you’ll be doing: Supporting buying activity across marketing and commercial categories (think creative agencies, media buying, sponsorships, consultancy, research). Running tenders, helping negotiate deals, and ensuring suppliers deliver real value. Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Tracking supplier performance and driving improvements. Bringing insight and analysis to support smarter buying decisions. Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in Buying, Category Management, or Commercial roles. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. A confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels. Passion for marketing/commercial activity within FMCG. Some buying or commercial experience is great (internship, placement, junior role) — but above all, energy, drive, and ambition will set you apart. What’s on offer: The chance to accelerate your buying career with a powerhouse FMCG brand. Direct exposure to high-profile marketing and commercial projects. A collaborative team that wants you to succeed and progress. Competitive salary, benefits, and long-term career growth. If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
