Podkováň Brewery has been brewing traditional Czech lager in the heart of Bohemia for over 600 years. As we continue to grow our UK business, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across the UK hospitality and drinks sectors. This is a hands-on role that combines new business generation, account management, and strategic growth.
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales across our portfolio. Working closely with our UK team, you'll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, securing new listings, and growing revenue. The Role:
- Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across pubs, bars, restaurants, wholesalers, and other on-trade and off-trade channels
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and account performance
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and strategies
