This is a great opportunity to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future of one of the UK’s leading snacking & confectionary brands and see the direct impact of your work!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise social media strategy and influencer engagement.
- Execute brand plans, ensuring brand visibility.
- Partner with retailers and cross-functional teams to create impactful activations.
- Analyse brand and category performance, shaping portfolio and NPD decisions.
- Deliver NPD and Go-To-Market plans in collaboration with Global and Commercial teams.
- Lead inspiring consumer activations and events with a clear understanding of KPIs.
- Be the face of the brand, fostering a strong community and visibility both online and offline.
About You:
- Degree-educated with 4+ years of FMCG or consumer product experience.
- An understanding of compliance is preferred.
- Proven track record in executing 360° brand campaigns and content strategies.
- Experience working with influencers and owned media content.
- A confident, collaborative go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, autonomous roles.
- Strong analytical thinker with a flair for turning insights into actions.
- Skilled communicator with agency and cross-functional experience.
