The Advocate Group is proud to partner with a leading UK snack & confectionary company in their search for a Brand Manager to join their dynamic team! This is a great opportunity to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future of one of the UK’s leading snacking & confectionary brands and see the direct impact of your work!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise social media strategy and influencer engagement.
  • Execute brand plans, ensuring brand visibility.
  • Partner with retailers and cross-functional teams to create impactful activations.
  • Analyse brand and category performance, shaping portfolio and NPD decisions.
  • Deliver NPD and Go-To-Market plans in collaboration with Global and Commercial teams.
  • Lead inspiring consumer activations and events with a clear understanding of KPIs.
  • Be the face of the brand, fostering a strong community and visibility both online and offline.

About You:

  • Degree-educated with 4+ years of FMCG or consumer product experience.
  • An understanding of compliance is preferred.
  • Proven track record in executing 360° brand campaigns and content strategies.
  • Experience working with influencers and owned media content.
  • A confident, collaborative go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, autonomous roles.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a flair for turning insights into actions.
  • Skilled communicator with agency and cross-functional experience.
