Ready to bring your Off-Trade experience into a smaller, fast-growing drinks business where you can make a genuine impact? This is a commercially driven drinks business operating at scale across the UK off-trade. Working closely with multiple producer partners, the business plays a key role in bringing drinks ranges to market, supporting customers with ranging, forecasting and supply, and ensuring consistent delivery into retail.

Fast-paced, collaborative and detail-led, the culture suits people who enjoy getting under the bonnet of how retail actually works. They're now looking for a National Account Manager to help scale this exciting part of the portfolio.

The Role

  • Manage and grow relationships across Grocery, Convenience, Discounters and Route to Market.
  • Build strong partnerships with Spirits and RTD buyers, driving distribution, promotions and sustainable sales growth.
  • Work closely with existing producer partners to shape brand plans, identify opportunities and strengthen their Off-Trade presence.
  • Identify and onboard emerging drinks producers that complement the existing portfolio.
  • Use market insight, category data and consumer trends to support NPD and create compelling customer propositions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance and technical teams to deliver successful launches, accurate forecasting and strong commercial performance.

About You

  • Proven Off-Trade sales or account management experience within Spirits; RTD or Wine exposure would also be valuable.
  • Established experience working with UK Grocery multiples, with credible buyer or category relationships.
  • Commercially confident across customer negotiations, promotional planning, distribution growth and new product launches.
  • Comfortable balancing the development of established partnerships with new commercial opportunities.
  • Proactive, resilient and highly organised, with the autonomy to succeed in a home-based role.

Likely to be working within a larger drinks organisation and looking for more ownership, visibility and freedom to make things happen – or already thriving within an SME or challenger-brand environment. This is a brilliant opportunity to use your Off-Trade network within an entrepreneurial drinks business that gives you the autonomy to shape growth, discover exciting new brands and make a visible commercial impact.
