Are you passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable products? We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive the growth of a premium Kombucha brand across the UK. This isn’t your typical sales job, you’ll take ownership of the brand in your territory, acting like a brand owner while managing and growing relationships with existing accounts.
The Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and hit ambitious growth targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and new customers, including foodservice wholesalers, retailers, cafes, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
- Lead product tastings and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of a high-quality kombucha.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Report on sales performance and provide market intelligence to senior management.
About You:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within functional or health-focused drinks.
- Knowledge of the functional drinks market and existing industry contacts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and willing to travel across the UK while working from home.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable products.
