A fast-growing and highly respected alcohol-free beer brand is looking for a passionate and technically minded Beer Dispense Technician to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring exceptional product quality across the on-trade, supporting customers, driving best practice, and helping deliver a consistently outstanding consumer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the hospitality or drinks industry who is passionate about beer quality, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.
The Role:
- Maintaining the quality of draught beer across on-trade customer accounts, ensuring the highest standards from cellar to glass.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on cellar management, dispense quality, and industry best practice.
- Completing technical support visits including line installations, servicing, audits, surveys, and preventative maintenance.
- Delivering bar staff training to improve product knowledge and quality standards in outlet.
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer quality complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with dispense quality standards, product specifications, health and safety requirements, and technical documentation.
- Building strong working relationships with external technical dispense partners and service providers.
- Supporting the setup and management of draught dispense systems at events and activations.
- Acting as a technical support function for the Sales team, identifying opportunities to improve product visibility, quality, and commercial performance within accounts.
- Supporting the rollout of quality and dispense initiatives across the customer base.
- Assisting with product tasting sessions and internal quality assessments.
- Managing workload effectively to ensure all technical jobs are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Monitoring stock levels of parts, consumables, and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
About You:
- Experience within the drinks, brewing, hospitality, or dispense industry.
- A genuine passion for beer quality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of draught dispense systems, cellar management, or technical service environments.
- Confident working directly with customers and building strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and priorities.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to wider business objectives.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and events.
