The Advocacy Project is seeking an independent advocate to join the Westminster and RBKC advocacy team. The post-holder will work across the community, people's homes, and hospital settings including mental health wards to support individuals in expressing their wishes and exercising their rights.
You will deliver one-to-one advocacy, carry out case work, and contribute to safeguarding and service development within a collaborative team.
