We are looking for an experienced operational leader from a Quick Service Restaurant background to join us as an Area Manager, supporting multiple restaurants and building strong, high-performing leadership teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Coaching and supporting Restaurant General Managers
- Driving operational standards, compliance, and performance
- Managing restaurant strategy and projects, setting stretch goals for your teams
- Leading quarterly business reviews across profit, people, process, and product
- Developing people capability and leadership pipelines
- Supporting training, succession, and business growth across the area
