We are looking for an experienced operational leader from a Quick Service Restaurant background to join us as an Area Manager, supporting multiple restaurants and building strong, high-performing leadership teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coaching and supporting Restaurant General Managers
  • Driving operational standards, compliance, and performance
  • Managing restaurant strategy and projects, setting stretch goals for your teams
  • Leading quarterly business reviews across profit, people, process, and product
  • Developing people capability and leadership pipelines
  • Supporting training, succession, and business growth across the area

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven QSR multi-site or senior restaurant leadership experience
  • Demonstrates strong people leadership and coaching capability
  • Is performance and standards driven
  • Is comfortable working across multiple locations
  • Leads with accountability and influence
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Location: Midlands – Nottinghamshire

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ Area Manager experience, preferably within QSR. Driving licence required.
