We are looking for an experienced operational leader from a Quick Service Restaurant background to join us as an Area Manager, supporting multiple restaurants and building strong, high-performing leadership teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Coaching and supporting Restaurant General Managers
- Driving operational standards, compliance, and performance
- Managing restaurant strategy and projects, setting stretch goals for your teams
- Leading quarterly business reviews across profit, people, process, and product
- Developing people capability and leadership pipelines
- Supporting training, succession, and business growth across the area
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven QSR multi-site or senior restaurant leadership experience
- Demonstrates strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Is performance and standards driven
- Is comfortable working across multiple locations
- Leads with accountability and influence
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Location: Midlands – Nottinghamshire
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ Area Manager experience, preferably within QSR. Driving licence required.
