The ADHD Centre is a private clinic specialising in Neurodiversity. I am looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person who is comfortable working in sales but has some marketing experience. You will be working on our outreach campaign to create solid relationships with corporate clients, schools and institutions. You must have an out-going, bubbly personality, be professional and well-presented. I am looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join my team as a freelance contractor. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through the implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the excellence of patient care. This role offers flexible working arrangements, combining remote work with occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events. You should be a proactive, creative, and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management & Client Acquisition: Use sales management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Asana to track leads, manage client interactions, and ensure that the sales pipeline is efficient. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into clients, and manage ongoing relationships to maximise satisfaction and retention.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients, and introduce our services to them. Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Provide them with an exceptional level of service, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Marketing Strategy & Content Creation: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop creative and compelling marketing content for the clinic’s various channels, including the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Campaign Management & Performance Analysis: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Track the performance of each campaign, analysing metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ensure campaigns are on-brand and deliver results.
- Brand Development & Consistency: Assist in refining the clinic’s brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Work on improving brand recognition and positioning in the market, aligning all marketing efforts with the clinic’s overall vision.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate regular reports on key marketing and sales performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on these reports to ensure continuous improvement and refinement of strategies.
- Event Participation & Representation: Represent The ADHD Centre at industry events, such as trade fairs, workshops, and client meetings. Travel as necessary to maintain strong relationships with key clients and to enhance business opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in sales, account management, and marketing, ideally within private healthcare or psychiatry sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrable success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with the ability to engage clients and understand their business needs.
- Campaign Management: Experience in creating, executing, and evaluating sales-driven marketing campaigns. Competence in using tools and metrics to track and improve campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive presentations, write compelling content, and engage professionally with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in sales and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, email marketing software, and social media scheduling tools. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies to support sales goals.
- Analytical & Results-Driven: A data-driven approach to sales and marketing, with the ability to analyse reports, spot trends, and make informed decisions to drive performance.
- Creativity & Problem Solving: Creative thinker capable of developing innovative sales strategies and solutions to overcome challenges.
- Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adjusting to changing market conditions.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on account management or business development.
