With clinics in London and Manchester and comprehensive online services across the UK, the centre offers flexible access to high-quality care. This is a remote contract role for experienced neurodiversity clinical pharmacy prescribers at The ADHD Centre. The role involves undertaking medication reviews and prescribing for individuals with ADHD and related neurodivergent conditions, in collaboration with Consultant Psychiatrists and the wider multidisciplinary team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating treatment plans
  • Optimising pharmacotherapy
  • Monitoring efficacy and side effects
  • Ensuring safe titration and continuation of medication
  • Supporting clients to understand and manage their treatment
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records
  • Adhering to relevant guidelines and governance requirements
  • Participating in virtual consultations and team meetings
  • Contributing to service development
  • Promoting best practice in neurodiversity care
  • Offering clinical advice to colleagues where appropriate

Qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Pharmacy Practice and general Pharmacy, with current professional registration and prescribing rights
  • Experience in Hospital Pharmacy and multidisciplinary clinical settings, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals
  • Strong knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacotherapy, particularly in neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions such as ADHD and ASD
  • Proven ability to conduct safe medication reviews, manage complex treatment regimens, and apply evidence-based guidelines
  • Experience or strong interest in neurodiversity and mental health, ideally within ADHD services or similar specialist clinics
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options clearly and sensitively to clients and families
  • Comfort with remote clinical work, secure digital systems, and telehealth platforms
  • Commitment to inclusive, person-centred care and continuous professional development
