Overview
We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Lead to join our friendly SEND team. The successful candidate will oversee a calm, purposeful, and supportive environment designed to assist students who are returning from long‑term absences and reintegrating back into mainstream lessons. They will deliver academic interventions as directed by the SENDCo and demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to supporting learning across the curriculum. Working as part of a close‑knit team is essential.
