Your Opportunity

The successful candidate will bring energy, creativity and vision to Performing Arts subjects and extra-curricular opportunities, ensuring high quality teaching, learning and enrichment opportunities across all key stages. As the faculty is small, you will also be expected to teach a second subject.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing all Performing Arts areas at The Adeyfield Academy including music, drama and dance
  • Raising attainment and expectations across all Performing Arts subjects through high standards of curriculum design and assessment
  • Supporting and inspiring colleagues to deliver outstanding learning experiences that nurture confidence, expression and performance skills
