We are seeking to appoint a Pupil Premium Champion / Pupil Engagement Officer to join our friendly Educational Support Staff team. The successful candidate will support, educate and liaise with parents/carers to create and promote positive working relationships and to raise aspirations. They will be very well organised and show an enthusiasm and commitment to learning in order to design, lead and deliver appropriate intervention strategies. A good sense of humour and an ability to work as part of a close-knit team is essential.
Appointment to a post at The Adeyfield Academy is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, as well as other pre-appointment checks including an online check, as outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education.
