  • Share your knowledge and expertise to help develop our Associate & Assistant Relationship Managers.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of business dynamics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is preferred.

Qualifications: A degree or equivalent is essential, along with a full UK driving licence.
