Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Project Management Excellence: Define project scope, objectives, and success measures while managing plans, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and operational requirements.
- Engage Stakeholders & Manage Change: Build robust relationships across the organisation, engaging key stakeholders and decision-makers. Facilitate workshops and develop engagement plans that inspire stakeholder support for programme objectives.
- Develop Digital Solutions: Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams to define requirements for a scalable digital demand management solution. Evaluate current processes and support solution design and implementation.
- Communicate with Impact: Create high-quality executive presentations and strategic communications that translate complex information into clear narratives. Influence decision-making and secure stakeholder buy-in through compelling storytelling.
- Establish Governance & Reporting: Set up governance frameworks and monitor programme performance against objectives. Produce regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive reports to keep everyone informed.
