Are you a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator with a passion for delivering successful projects? We’re working with a leading client who is looking for someone to support their project delivery team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and align with PRINCE2 methodology.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager across all stages of the project lifecycle—from initiation through to delivery and closure. You’ll help ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Maintain core project documentation and ensure it is up to date
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and meetings to keep delivery on track
  • Act as a key communication point between project teams, stakeholders, and governance boards
  • Track progress against plans and elevate risks and issues where needed
  • Maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, and changes
  • Assist with quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards
  • Prepare regular project reports highlighting milestones, risks, and issues
  • Organise and document Project Board meetings and governance activities
  • Encourage adoption of PRINCE2 principles across the project team
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement

About You

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology (Foundation desirable, Practitioner a plus)
  • Background within energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is beneficial
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, or similar
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
