Due to expansion within the business, we are now seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Keele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Utilising the latest recruitment methods (including AI!) to attract top talent.
- Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
Previous experience in recruitment is essential. Ability to work 2-3 days a week in Keele near Newcastle. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Experience of using Avature/Sourcebreaker/Microsoft Co-Pilot and Salesforce tools a distinct advantage but not essential.
