Responsibilities: Analyse and document technical requirements for banking applications and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and enhance system performance.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst (or similar) in Banking or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Dataverse Technical documentation and technical requirements gathering experience Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
