Our client is looking for an Organisation-wide Target Operating Model Design Consultant, to work with them, translating the Organisational Design through to an Operational Target Operating Model.
About the Role
Your background will likely be in one of the Big 4 consultancies – and with Retail Financial Services experience. They have already created their Org Design – so now need a consultant to design the TOM and then work with them to implement it.
