We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help generate buzz and excitement around a growing farm-based business. This role will focus on creating engaging short‑form video content and managing day‑to‑day posting across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is confident working autonomously, understands how to use trends and storytelling to build hype, and is comfortable operating in a brand that is still evolving its formal mission and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish short‑form video content optimised for:

  • Instagram Reels
  • Facebook
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Use trending audio, effects, captions, and hashtags to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Help generate awareness, excitement, and interest around the business through consistent, engaging content.
  • Manage posting schedules and maintain regular activity across platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and adapt approach based on what resonates best.
  • Work collaboratively with the business during the early stages of content planning and approvals.
  • Take increasing ownership of posting and content decisions once trust and alignment are established.
