We're looking for an experienced Senior Operational Resilience Specialist to join our Operations Planning Department.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the enhancement of the operational resilience framework to ensure that our vital business services operate within impact tolerance.
- Oversee remediation activities in line with UK FCA PRA operational resilience regulatory requirements.
- Document standards for operational resilience pillars and update regulatory traceability.
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders regarding resilience risks, vulnerabilities, and investment priorities.
- Coordinate resilience activities across the UK, EMEA, and global functions.
- Deliver the annual IBS lifecycle, including mapping, scenario testing, and vulnerability remediation.

- In-depth knowledge of UK FCA/PRA Operational Resilience and EU DORA regulations.
- A solid understanding of Investment Banking business lines and services.

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational resilience aligned with industry practices.
