About Us: Join our dynamic team at an innovative organisation that is revolutionising delivery logistics! We are looking for a Support Specialist to be a part of our Speed Mobility Partner (SMP) programme—an exciting new delivery model that meets the evolving needs of our partners and customers.

Your Role: As a Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing on-road operations for our Speed Mobility Partners across Germany. This position is all about problem-solving, creativity, and communication. You will ensure that our drivers are set up for success and that we maintain our quality and volume goals!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor On-Road Management: Track and report daily performance across all SMP partners.
  • Support Communication Transition: Facilitate the transition from Chime to Slack, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Update SOPs: Revise Standard Operating Procedures based on insights gained from on-road management.
  • Engage with Partners: Provide real-time support and troubleshooting to SMPs and their drivers.
