Key Responsibilities:As a Laboratory Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation and support on advanced laboratory systems
- Providing comprehensive customer training
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Offering sales and customer support
- Performing software modifications and maintaining products
- Assisting with tender responses and conducting engaging product demonstrations
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
